Some scavenger children go to school but many do not.
There is no way the children could walk out of the dump site without dirtying their shoes, thus tricycle such as this is important to ferry them in and out.

The school is being remodeled, or simply torn down, I'm not sure which, and I don't really care. However, note the clever addition in black to the "save," which should denote what portions of the structure not to tear apart, but now portends a new message. Oh, you taggers.
